Selling my Golf due to having to streamline my finances, being at Uni means I can't afford the amount of toys that I would like in an ideal world!

The bodywork is generally in pretty straight condition, it's not perfect but I'm not looking for perfect money (or any scene tax...) it has a few little car parking dings and a one side has had some paint during its lifetime thats a SLIGHTLY different shade of red but keep it polished and it looks plenty tidy enough.

The interior is very tidy apart from a small burn on the drivers seat (although the bolster is not worn) and a couple of marks on the rear bench, no big holes drilled in the parcel shelf, nothing been screwed to the dash. All in all a nice place to be :)

Engine starts on the button (literally... I'll come to this later!) and runs nicely, idles a bit high when cold but this is due to the auto choke on the carb. Been serviced twice in my ownership (since Jan this year) and done around 10,000 miles and never once missed a beat, I can't stress enough how dependable this car is.

Now when I bought the car it came with a fully functioning ignition barrel, unfortunately when I lost the keys the day after I bought the car I had the 'remove' the ignition barrel to get the steering lock off, so now the ignition is turned on via a switch under the dash and the starter is on a button. No wiring has been chopped about and the original plug will go straight back onto a new ignition barrel without any faffing.
