i resprayed my mk3 a while back a different colour and it going in for MOT on saturday. should i send away the bit "changes to current vechile" from my registration certficate or go to local offices and sort it out there or just tell the guy in MOT centre i haven't sent it away yet?

i will need the registration certificate for MOT sure?
