I have removed my 1.3 engine out of my coupe s as its now been scrapped! Full working order the whole engine including gearbox with only 40k miles 5 speed, and the engine has done 80k miles. It was a nippy engine for a 1.3 i miss it being in my old car! I'll throw in my 4 speed box that was origionally with the car to.

hi i remember your thread on this what a shame was a nice mk2 as well what sort of money you wanting for the engine do you have all the ancilleries with and the clocks as well

Sorry mate it is just literraly the engine but i do have the origional clocks at home too with 80k on them. As i removed it id be after maybe 150?

Would I be correct in assuming that this engine and the 5sp box would be a straight replacement for those in an '85 MK2 Loon with a 1043cc engine and 4 sp box? If so I'd be very interested and am localish (J6 M6)

Id imagine it would go in mate, i wouldnt be 100% positive like. But id imagine they'd have the same mounts etc.

How much for just the clocks mate?
