hey guys, I've seen this kit and I'm thinking of buying it now on the front shocks it dosnt look the same as mine as mine has some big thing at the bottom of the front shock, i forgot what its called, and this dosnt on the pic, take a look at the link and let me know how to go about this?... cheers :)

Front shocks are inserts, they go inside the strut leg.

so do i just pull the silver part out the new front shock and put it in my old shock leg, if so how do i take the old one out the old shock leg, I'm new to this part of susspensions lol as you can probley tell, I've only done springs before :)

Remove strut, unscrew strut cap, remove old shock (watch for any liquid as its foul), clean up strut, slide new shock in (bit of grease), refit cap (Shake strut to see if shock is loose, if yes, remove strut get some 2p's and insert into strut refitting strut after each coin, until rattling stops), refit strut to car.

Simples...
