For sale or swap for 4 door polo

Ok lets start with the bad points so I'm not wasting your time.

Bodywork is good , solid although it does need a little attention in places, there is a crease in the rear door and the rear panel below boot really needs to be re-painted and some areas of the wheel arches needs sorting BUT dont let this put you off as its not a rot box and with a couple of hundred quid spent you will get this baby looking like new.

Interior is original and very tidy

its had 1 previous owner (says 2 on log book but was a company car and she bought it from her company to keep) and has been very well loved and looked after. Plenty of service history and service book stamped up to 100,000 then her husband serviced the car every year.

Current milage is 116k and is running like a dream, its just been checked over by a vw mechanic and no issues was reported - the only thing i can say is when you stick it in reverse it makes a clonk but is nothing to worry about.

This year i have spent money on the following....

New cambelt

New shocks and 50ml lowering springs fitted by vw specialist with receipt

New top mounts

New wheel bearings all round

Plugs, leads etc but is due an oil change soon

Everything works as it should

Heater blows hot air

Central locking works

Has power steering

15" Aez deep dish wheels - very rare rims

It had big bumpers but recently fitted small ones and looks loads better

Mot til end feb 2011

and is taxed til jan (i think) 2011

so is ready to drive away

Asking price is £900 no offers or £700 without the Aez cups and standard steels instead

I have a few bits and bobs to go with the car like the original side trims, indicators ....
