Polo 1.4 16v AFH Low Boost Turbo setup

Featured Replies

Hi,

Item: Low boost Turbo setup which fits a 1.4 16v AFH engine.

Condition of Item: Everything is used (Apart from De-compression plate & Boost controller)

What it will Fit: 1.4 16V AFH Engine

What's included:

- Intercooler

- Intercooler Boost pipe

- Manifold (Use standard manifold and this is a kind of adaptor which joins where the manifold splits into 2)

- Downpipe

- T2 Turbo (Slightist bit of Play in the shaft, nothing major)

- Boost Controller with Vacuum hose (Anodised in Dark Red)

- De-compression Plate with a Special Sealant it came with (From Ferriday Engineering in Wales)

- Turbo Air Filter

- Dump Valve

- Oil Return Line

It comes with all the relevant hoses/pipes & Clips which are needed.

In order to fit this to your car you would require a Management system (Piggyback is fine & cheaper) but a standalone would definetely be better.

Should be run at approx 0.8 bar of boost.

Location: HP10 9HS

Price: I'm looking for around £300.00 ONO

Postage & Packaging: Postage will be around 20quid, in a big box and quite heavy.

I have not put this on my car and has just been sat under my bed in the box since I bought it as I decided to go a different route with my car (Engine conversion) instead hence the sale.

I can send better Pictures on request if you send me your email.

Any questions drop me a PM or comment and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Cheers

Harry

Note: I am willing to Part Ex with a 4-2-1 Stainless Steel Manifold and cash my way :-)

Well the guy I bought it off ran it on his polo 6n at approx 125-130bhp and he only had a chipped ECU. If you had a piggyback or standalone system I would imagine maybe 150ish with right map etc. Probably more if you up the fuel pressure as well.

When I bought this I was also told it would for a Seat 1.4 16v but not sure what model. You would have to double check the manifolds are the same so the adaptor fits.
