or you could get a bodyshop to make one, i've done a few for different cars in work

@tahitiblue - roughly how much would it take to make one ?

about £200-230

if you get one from vw they are unpainted aswell so theres about another £100 to get painted

yeah you can, i had the last one in the country that VW had in stock, but you can order them still, they just come from Germany now, so take a few days maybe a week to arrive.

mine was 100 quid because the VW dealership wanted rid of it. Bargain haha.

if you want one brand near they're 295 quid. then theres painting it, and swaping the glass over, or buying a new rear screen like i did.

unless you can get one cheap, its one hell of an expensive panel

tbh mate by the time you get one and get it all sorted there will be another craze and you'll end up going that route think you should put the £300 or whatever it is towards some wheels
