hay all i picked up my new car last week... its a 6n polo G40 running an eaton M45 charger fitted....

iv got a few plans for the motor :)

here she is

and here are the plans....

ENGINE;

custom belt setup to stop slip

remap

camshaft

larger injectors

green samco hosing

moving the induction kit

green oil catch can :)

relocating the battery to the boot

BODY WORK;

deleting and hiding the bonnet washer jets

re-spraying the bonnet

fitting armored door plates ( sprayed candy white or the same green and the wheels )

INSIDE THE CAR;

fitting a half roll cage ( sprayed green to mach the wheels )

fitting green 4point harnesses

Strut braces all round again sprayed same as the wheels

last off I'm fitting a full polly bush kit

ohhh and here is the current SPEC but I'm sure most of you no

Fully rebuilt g40 engine,

Eaton M45 supercharger

PhilJ coilovers, all in perfect working order.

Sparco bucket seats

OMP steering wheel

Boost gauge and fuel pump kill switch.

16V bumpers front and back, front bumpers smoothed.

Full Piper exhuast system with Decat.

MK5 rear lights

GTI Front spliter

Rota grid's in 15x7 all round, with Toyo proxies Px4's.

tbh I'm not going to do that.... no point changing the coilovers there fantastic it handle like no tomorrow.... the wheels look ace and will only be taken off or winter and my banded steels on for then...

and il changing all the stickers to my own...... i like the sticked wing and i never asked what you would change DID I..........

I agree on loosing the stickers and go for a black splitter.

I like the wheels. Maybe some more jap mods to follow the theme?

Changing the splitter for a deeper one but keeping the sticker theme

Maby there will be some more gap influence you will have to wait and see lol

Maybe smoked clear to match the look of the headlights?

I literally wouldnt change a thing aesthetically. Think it looks dope!

It's a nice car, I remember when Sam was building it and when I first saw it when he brought it out...The sound of the Eaton is enough in itself!

Personally I'm not too keen on the front indicators or lights, but that's just me!

I miss this car :( take good care of it :) Sam put a lot of work into this.

TOTALY AGREE..... iv got a few things to change and fit but keeping the theme :)
