Vw Polo 6n2 - GTI replica £2500

Featured Replies

Hello there :)

The time has finally come to get rid of my Polo, it's been up before but only for feelers. I've been offered an Audi A3 and really don't want to turn it down due to lack of funds so she needs to go (Still try me for px/swap). In my opinion it's a very nice car, one of the best examples you will find of a 5dr!

I'll get to the bad points before the good, firstly I have been told the clutch release bearing will need to be done at some point as it's making a slight noise when the clutch pedal is depressed, secondly there is a small white fade mark on the very front of the bonnet, because of the bonnet bra. Obviously the bonnet bra covers this so you don't see it, hence the reason I haven't got it done! Has full service history with the cambelt done at 48k and the oil changed 2k ago... MOT for ten months and taxed till the end of Feb!

The good bits!!!

Polo 1.4 S - 60BHP so dirt cheap to insure even for 17yo! 60K miles

Full GTi interior (steering wheel, handbrake gator, gear stick, centre mirror) Only thing that needs doing are the GTi clocks, which are expensive so haven't bothered doing them.]

Lowered on adjustable coilovers (FK I have been told)

GTi front splitter with GTi fogs and all the honeycomb grills (All genuine OEM VW parts)

Xenon H7 headlights, 100w White/Blue tint (HID looks)

2 sets of differant locking wheel nuts with both keys, Red topped wheel nuts, Polished Porsche 7 slot 7.5J alloy wheels, with fairly new tyres on a stretch and Coloured centre caps (rare option) All four wheels are in good condition however one has slight curbing, could do with a refurb - i was going to do it next year before show season but now I'm looking to get rid it probably won't get done. I can have it done for £40 if someone is willing to put the money forward.

The wheels are on 25mm hubcentric adaptors taking it from 4 stud to 5 stud ( these are there own are £150.00 ) There is also 10mm spacers all round to space it out properly.

100% legal pressed numberplates with ABT audi-VW tuning surrounds.

Aero wipers, brand new windscreen fitted a couple of days ago with subtle tinted strip across the top.

It is badged as a GTi but you can obviously take these off if you please.

All round a good runner, started everytime, all the time. Immaculate paintwork, not faded in the slightest and no noticable swirl marks...

Any questions or offers drop me a text on 07883413744!

Look forward to hearing from you, Max.
