does this have standard steels ? if so how much and would you post??

it does have the standard steelies but they have seen better days. I would not be able to post but I can upload some pictures if you're still interested. They also have centre caps minus the dub badges and two good tyres

there's one problem which I found earlier with the boot lid. The lock doesn't work but it never affected me because I have central locking, not sure if this has put you off but 20 quid if your still interested.
