Hi guys (first Post) recently i bought a white mk3 polo van from worcester slammed on ats's with G40 bumpers. Pretty happy with it and it resides in north London.

My only problem is where its so low and a daily driver round town I keep catching the exhaust (which has now fallen off) and rear tyres keep rubbing!

So guys what I'm after can vary depending on price and need to travel (would like to sort this for the weekend):

Uprated rear shocks for the lowered springs or standard rear springs so the shocks work properly or even better if the price is right could be pushed for a set of coil-overs.

Engine is a standard MASSIVE 1.0L so I'm after a backbox or maybe if a decent aftermarket exhaust is availble This could interest me too.

I'm based in Tottenham North London and will travel within reason.
