when do you need one by?

I've got a mk3 polo coupe 1 litre four speed, alredi lowered but its a 1993 pal

I've got a satin black mk4.. 1.0.. all it needs is a steering rack as it got bent in snow.. £300 and its yours, o.n.o :)
