they sell a resistor kit aswell if you are going to use LEDs for your indicators so maybe that would help! lol ill have to see how i can mount 25mm of bulb in the lights lol

yes they will need a resistor, and also from my experience they are crap.

VERY dim, and they burn out quickly.

might i suggest an led pod , like the type you fit into garden decking. and mount into the bumper or grille.(as this would be fine in regards to the law, as long as it bright enough) or perhaps an led flexi strip, like all the "boy racers" have , r8 style i think?, only in orange and fit inside the head light? as they are pretty bright, and can be easily seen over the dipped beem
