I just bought a polo 1.4 s 2007 and I want to put a sub in it so I was wondering if the stock double din radio it comes with has an RCA out and an aux out?

Most definitely doesn't come with RCA out(s). The connector blocks on the back of the RCD 200 are as follows:

Essentially, there's a CD connector, phone socket, and the main connector block.

You could use some high level to RCA connectors, wiring them in parallel with the rear speakers.
