ok i can get the tyre on but wont blow up whats the best way to get this on cheers rob

Seat the bead on one side of the wheel. Fill the rim with hair spray. Make sure it remains as a gas inside the tyre and not just spraying straight onto the rubber and going into a liquid. Put the wheel and tyre on a tyre. Get someone to stand on the wheel. Blow torch inside the rim and it should pop straight on.

You may not need someone to stand on the rim if the tyre is pretty close to the rim anyway, but if its not then you will need someone to close the gap a bit.
