Featured Replies

I'm 18 and want a mk4 1.4 16v polo asap! But obviously i dont want to keep it standard, i love cars and always have done and see these polos that are really low with i'd say quite small wheels and really low profile tires, i was just wondering whats the best look to have! any help please!? :-)

no seriously tho, check out the galleries on here, see what cars you like, most people tell you what wheels/tyres combo there running. most people run 13, 14 or 15 on mk4.

yeahh I'm thinking maybe 14" cos 15 looks a bit big for getting it reeeeaallly low i think. you got any idea what the mk4 1.4 16v's like to insure?

it is expensive insuring a valver mines 1400 and I'm 19 with two years no claims

this may sound incredibly stupid but whats a valver? haha. i wouldnt mind paying up to about 2500 on insurance, i could just pay it monthly.

It's the term for 16 valve 6n Polos.

If you want to go really low you'll probably want to run 13" wheels.

14's or 15's, 16's if you're feeling brave.

Just get expensive alloys, so worth it, if you're going to do it, do it properly

yeah it is mate :) search Tom Rendall on facebook and add us if you want :)

13's on 6N's are instant fail, especially ones with rediculous offsets of ET- and 8-9J width!

14-15's are the ideal size for 6N's, 15-16's are perfect for 6N2's!

Cars look shit when you have a wheel that doesn't fill the arch, or sit centrally in the arch most of the way around.
