Anyone know if the bonnet, front bumper, front valance and wings from a 6n1 saloon will fit a 6n1 hatchback?

If you mean a 6k saloon and I think you do, then no they won't.

Ok cheers, i ment the saloon that is the same shape as the 6n1 polo. I'm trying to repair my sisters accident damaged polo, but finding the body parts in winsor blue is seeming to be quite difficult!

yea def wont fit. try finding parts for the 'loon?! there are barely any around anywhere. 6N's are everywhere.... search ebay for "polo breaking" then email them for the bits you want.
