I have a 3 door silver GTI breaking, its currently a FULL car, no missing parts

A few problems with the car

when the car is in reverse, the reverse light will turn on but will not actually go backwards and first gear is abit of a struggle, but there is no whine from the gearbox and still pulls quite well??? (I think it may be the gear selector)

the drivers side electric window is abit dodgy but I'm gonna try to sort that out

I won’t sell the suspension or brakes till get rid of the shell (coz I need to keep it rolling)

the headunit is a weird vw double din thing, there is something wrong with the screen so isnt really worth anything, but i do have the gps cd that comes with it.

I am also keeping all the bottom bumper grilles and fogs and rear lights so I will NOT sell them

Apart from that, the bodywork is ok, it has climatronic AC, Xenon’s are fine, has the red doorcards has a 6 cd changer

It has heated cloth seats, passenger side works, drivers side does not, might be the switch or wiring i dont know

There is a slight twist with this though, any part you want, u need to come here and take it off the car yourself

Partly down to me not knowing where half the things are and partially due to me being pathetic with cars

cars done just under 150k

some problems though... I've only got the car two days ago and only saw it in the dark so I'm not too clued up on the car

it kinda looks like two different shades of silver down the drivers side (might just be me) check the pics

and the drivers side electric window is proper dodgy sometimes work sometimes doesnt

passenger one is completely fine

engine management light is on (engine sensor, crankshaft sensor and tempreture sensor needs replacing) but apparently the engine has a full service history (will check the paperwork)

ABS light is on, person that sold it said it was an ABS sensor so i wont sell the pump till i know if it is a sensor or the pump

and as i said before gear 1 is stiff and there is NO reverse gear but the gearbox does not whine??

check what I've written above about the ABS its either a sensor or the pump itself

i dont know where the ABS ECU so if u want it you would have to come get it off the car yorself

but clocks... 70 collected but they are on over 120k

gearbox is shagged mate

also looks like its been in smash as paint different or may well just been spray due to scratches

how much u want for headlight cash

how much for the head lights mate including indercators.

and the drivers side wing mirror just the glass from it

I'm not convinced the gearbox has gone so i might keep it myself and look into strengthening it

an maybe go about turnning it into a 6 speed box.... but we'll see

but as for the headlights

no worries go to vw if u want but this is how much they are second hand... they dont lose any value
