Would you take a set of stripped down Cookie cutters with adaptors? (paint stripped off ready for refurb & polish?)

Thats brown parcel tape from storage at the 10 and 6 o clock position

this is the one rim that looks like its previously been curbed and the outer lip re polished down to cover the marks ( from the 10 to 1 o clock positions )

The original factory stickers are still there on the back
