As titled, for sale is a complete setup to switch your 8 valve engine to bike carbs. A set of GSXR600 carbs, the proper bike mounting rubbers to suit the carbs, and an inlet manifold to mate them to your engine.

The manifold is mild steel and was made by myself, and is probably the best one I've done so far. I grooved the ends of the runners to mimic those on the bike engine, so the mounting rubbers fit perfectly up to them. You won't get this snug a fit any other way! I can guarantee no air leaks and no carbs falling off mid-driving like so often happens with silicon hose. The flange is perfectly matched to the ports on the 8v engines as shown in the photos. I'm tempted to keep this setup for myself but I have no car to fit them to!

I haven't yet put any vac pipes on yet because I was waiting to find out what car the buyer will be fitting them to (Ie, some cars have no brake servo etc) The buyer can let me know what vac take-offs they require for their particular car and I'll weld em on before I post it out :-) They'll fit all small block 8v engines except for the AEE (dunno if thats considered small-block anyway). So fits AAU, AAV, 3F, ABD etc

I'm asking £250 collected, simply due to the bike rubbers being expensive in themselves. £260 posted.

They were mistakenly bought for an AEX engine which it turns out the manifold doesn't fit. So a refund was given and these are back up for sale again.

They will however fit all small blocks from mk1-3 polos :)

Steviedubs - I've just googled the AUD and the inlet format looks very similar to the AEE/AEA (1600 6n) they have round not oval ports... you would require injector port blanks as they fit directly in to the head not the inlet manifold...

so £200 for a manifold basicly ,pick up 600carbs for 30-40 quid on the bay

£15 postage minimum, plus £40s worth of original bike rubbers, plus my time and effort taken to ensure the rubbers fit onto the manifold perfectly. Thats where the extra costs come in, you don't even get that kind of work from Bogg Bros, never mind at that price! This setup is a far cry from the typical jubilee clip/silicon hose setup which has failed personally for me and many others so many times in the past. It's worth the money in my opinion, and obviously to other people as it's sold again now
