found these in my unit. paints a bit flakey in parts but i'd paint them anyway as red looks wank on springs. no shocks but i can chuck in a set of front springs with 1.5 coils cut off if you want a roughly "matched" set.

with postage around 8 quid, packing materials and time driving to the post office etc - it's cheaper for me to throw them away.
