I ordered a T-shirt from volksdepot.co.uk nearly 2 weeks ago, with next day delivery and it's still not come.

It says on the website contact us if your item has not arrived within a week, so I tried emailing them on 2 different Volksdepot emails, neither of which could be delivered, I'm presuming as they don't exist.

I then emailed the owners email, and he hasn't replied, it's been 3 days. Also got the phone number (mobile) from paypal, and nobody will answer the phone, although it always rings.

Just wondering if I've been scammed, if not whoever is running the website is obviously not cut out for running a business, as this is shit customer service.

So anyone else used them and had any problems?

Yeah Just done that, would rather recieve my product though as it was a christmas present for my dad and I can't find it anywhere else.

Now tried 4 different emails, and phoned and texted a mobile number several times but no reply. Also threatened to get trading standards/the police on the case if they don't sort it out. (not that they will care if they are a scammer)

even worse that it's a present, still at least you can get your cash back and look for some thing else

what sort of t-shirt was it? maybe some one on here could point you in the right direction?

Just remember the weathers been aweful everywhere so if they haven't recieved there delivery etc then they cant send them to you or it may be in transit and its stuck at the royal mail as the postmen cant get out to deliver the mail dude to the poor conditions all deliverys are late and building up so you have to be patient best thing is to try and contact them with a phone number if possible mate.

Yep, as I said phoned, Emailed on 4 different emails and no reply. If it's cos of the snow and a mobile was left at work then Its got a pretty good battery life cos I first tried ringing on sunday I think.

File a dispute with Paypal to get a refund mate and i'm sure there's a new site sponsor on here that makes shirts/hoodies?

They might be able to sort you out?
