Well it's time to sell up my 1989 205 GTi 1.9 ..

I've owned the car for about 18 months, and it's been the biggest pleasure ever!

I bought the car as a project when i was 15, and have restored the car too it's former glory.

About the car:

The car is a 130bhp model, proven by the chassis and engine number (not like most owners who just think it is, when it's not)

The car is completely original inside and out! The only modifications made are a Magnex full stainless exhaust with 4-2-1 manifold(not proven to be magnex but sounds nice, not overly loud) and some JBL uprated door speakers because it had the originals in and were torn to bits and didn't work.

The car has a HUGE amount of service history and i even have the original Order form for the car.

Heres the important stuff:

Tax untill the end of the month(december) - Will add 6 months for new owner if price is right, otherwise SORN.

MOT until April.

Mileage: 122,000 (may go up slightly, but the car has only cover 3,000 in the last 18 months!)

Good Points: Soo much service history, reasonable mileage and a really good runner, Clean interior, No missing parts ect

Bad Points: Drivers sear worn and stitching come apart (pictures available), Slight rust bubble under rear window, wheels could do with a refurb. I'm being really picky here.

Only selling due to buying a more insurable car for me.

hi mate, shot in the dark here but you wouldnt px plus cash your way for a 1991 polo GT, got 168000 on the clocks but just had cambelt change, alternator belt, just service, fuel filter, oil, oil filter, coolant, new suspension all round, lowered 80 60, polybushed up front. bodywork is a bit tatty, rust at the bottom of the doors, bubble on front right wing under the indicator, few car park dings but polishes up nicely, its capri green, 10 months MOT think bout 4 months tax. if your just looking for mk3 parts good doner car! can post or message pictures if u want,
