Strange i thought, gave them a ring. said its just a rough esimate and we need to add more on if you paying monthy...

I though heres the catch, but no, it only rose £200 :D

Its about time i was given a break on insurance, i used to pay £3000 a year for a 6n2 1litre when i first started driving  and i only got named driver bonus after id payed it all. funny enough that was with admiral :S

Just renewed my car insurance £800 on my own with brentacre and a 60 bhp limit. Modified car insurance at 21 with 2 years ncb.

Brentacre is the one to recommend!!!

ha ha i got an 80bhp limit for 800quid albeit I'm older and more no claims but thats because of where you live

I'm paying 1400 and my insurance has risen every year so far started on a provisional for £860 then £950 but those were on my mk2

Cheapest I could find was £2600 with Tesco for my 1.4 CL. Clean licence, second year of driving and I'm 19. No NCB off my last insurer due to it being a classic policy. How the fuck are you lot paying so little!? :(

I'm with Selectacar, underwritten by Aviva.

20, 2yrs NCB, own policy. 6N 1043.

No mods, £650 Fully Comp, was only £950 on provisional with Quinn.

^^ will not be on the forum much longer imo

Nah I'm from south wales butt. good news for me, footman and james have now sent out the letter stating that i never claimed with them. phoned brentacre and they said they could insure me on a golf gti for that lol. for 1600 quid they can insure me on the 1.4cl and i'm allowed to make any legal modifications as long as the power doesn't go over 80bhp :D

Guessing everyones prices they've stated are for fully comp yea?...Because mines only £420 for a 1.6 6n and I'm 22 (driving for 4.5years) with 1 years ncb, a crash and 3 points...
