My 6N2 before & after.

Featured Replies

Alright,

Here's some pics of my 6N2 before and after. Paid £1350 for it last October with 1 Owner from new & 70k on the clock. It's been a working progress and have yet to get some coilies but i'm getting there!

Lot's of people say that a green car is bad luck however I've lost it on quite a few bends (like you do when you drive like a idiot!) and it just recovers itself! I've put in in two ditches (I live right in the sticks) and hardly scratched it.. It just never ceases to amaze me. I love the upmarket feel of it, Unlike 106's Saxo's, Vauxhalls, Rovers etc it just feels so solid and well put together. I'm just so glad I got the 6N2 instead of the 306 i intended to get :-)

So heres just 2 Pictures of when I bought it (October 09) and to this present day. Tell us what you think? 8-)

looks good mate not to sure on the red piping on the grill but has all the right ingrediants... alloys are.... different bit like marmite in my opinion good work though, slam it when spring comes and jobs a good 'un

I'm really liking those wheels mate! :)

Maybe not the GTi grill stripe though, theres no other red to compliment it? If you wanna stop losing it in the bends, get a set of GTi brakes! ;)

They're the best things I've bought so far! Thinking I'm gonna go up to VR6's soon though! But yeah, a little lower and you're onto a winner!

Yeah thinking the Red trim needs to go! They're on winters - Looking for some Banded Steels or some TH lines eventually and of course - Slammed! :-D

Drop red trim, lower it more! you on springs or coils?

Some woman failed to give way and smashed into my pride and joy. Now she's claiming against me and it's making my life just that bit more stressful!

She's claimed that I was on her side of the road when I was overtaking my obstacle - but at the time of the impact I was past my obstacle therfor she should have given way since I was more so past it than she was.

Give me her address, i'll sort her out :ninja:

Rape her.

2nd that. U fighting against the claim? I know I would be.

Haha

Yeah course I am, It's going to be quite a battle, strong possibility that it'll go to court..

Maybe I'm bored of driving a lowered car, but I actually think it looks great in the original 'after' pic. I think it's because it's so OEM especially with the colour concept alloys, so it suits the OEM ride height.

Thanks for your feedback, I was going to get some Coilovers but couldn't afford it at the time, Only to reduce the body roll (which it has quite alot of on stock springs!!) Hoping that I can keep my Colour Concept alloys but I fear one may be buckled so it's going to be a nightmare to get a replacement!
