Yeah true man cheers bro

i agree of the look of them but they are sh*t in my opinion they last half the time the ones i had decided to come off whilst doing about 60 down the motorway in the rain just glad this was on my old car and i still had the rearwiper on it, bosch are superior all the way

Point taken lads - Bosch it remains.

Bosch make aero wipers too...

Does this change things? :p

Tbh my cheap aero wipers were appauling, went straight back to old style bosch ones on the front way before they needed replacing, but then it's probably just a case of getting what you pay for...

just get bosch aerotwins

i got some valeo areo style wipers from halfords.. they seem pretty cool... seem much better than standard.. quieter too.. and they look good... bosch are very expensive for the time they last etc.

how do you know how long the bosch ones last if you bought valeo?

i was gonna say, i have bosch aero ones, have had them on for a year or so and are fine

i've spied a set of areo wipers on a 6n2 in a scrapy , are they pish like ?

cause I've bought more than one set in my lifetime..

i bought valeo last time i bought them and they seem better...

the bosch ones lasted a year or just under for me, some other ones from a market lasted about the same time...

but theres a difference in price.. like a big difference..

the valeo, well they where £20 for the two and they are better up until now.

Tesco Aero Blades are superb blades for the money...the clip that holds the

arm needs to be turned around as for some reason it's on the wrong side

for the Polo and if you just fit them straight on they lift when the wipers

are switched on...

you should be able fit one down each side of you leg.. id go get em if the blades are ok

I bought a gen aero conversion set for my 6n from the dealers where i used to work, 12 months later they're still fine. Were about £15 iirc.

Forgot all about the Tesco ones good shout Buster!

I agree with the tesco followers, brilliant quality for £6!!

I'm heading off to tesco.......

I've got genuine Vw Aero wiper and i can honestly say the are mint far better then the other blades

for the 6n? you got a part number please mate?

I always use the normal Bosch wipers on everything I own. Yeah, they haven't go the looks of the aero jobbies, but they work really well.

Granted they're bloody expensive in Halfords, but have a look on ebay and you can get a set for under a tenner.

I had the Tesco Aero wipers on my 6N2 and they were great. When i got my 9N the windscreen had been replaced the week before and he had put on a new set of VW aero wipers and they were great until i puled them off the windscreen when they were frozen on and haven been nearly as good since

aero wipers are better because they have more pressure points so stick to the window better than regular wiper blades. they do look fair good too, so its the best of both worlds.

cant beat tescos bargains, think I'm gonna pop in there on the way home tonight!
