Breaking a mk2 GT conversion, for sum reason it doesnt start... bought it like that though and the core plug popped out on the block, turns over fine though.

The engine is still in the car, so here are the bits avaliable;

ECU - £15 - condition: has a polace tuning chip, unsure of rev limit on it and it has no screws holding it together.

Injectors and rail £15 - condition: bit grimey, no idea if blocked.

Head without cam and oil sensors - £20 - not sure if it has double valve springs, not sure if i can see unless i take them out

manifold - £10 - bit rusty but they all are :)

G40 / GT back box £20 almost brand new - condition: baffles havnt rusted inside, no rust on the outside and still has the sticker on it. I am sure its the G40/GT one as it is the bigger bore.

GT fuel pump - £20

Golf AFM, apparently set up for a GT, has a filter adapter on it too - £10

Located, between lutterworth and leicester, junction 20 and 21 of the M1.

Dont really want to be posting anything, so would preferr local pick up.

Throttle body and manifold £40 - condition, again bit grimey it has a TPS, also has the diaphragm thing with the two rubber pipes one going before and one after the throttle.

GT Camshaft £35 - unsure of condition as i havnt took the cover off, but can if needed.

Head £50 - not sure if it has double valve springs, not sure if i can see unless i take the valve cap off, will keep it as it comes off the engine. For £75 i can take the head off complete with the cam untouched.

There is a dizzy on it, but unsure if its the GT one, as its a conversion. it luks like a mk4 one, the hall sender connector faces to the back of the car, and i thought mk3 ones sat upright???

manifold £10 - its a cast one, should be a GT one, but it was 1.0 litre conversion so again need to take it off and check.

I need a new pipe for mine but don't need the box as I've got one off a golf that I like. I need from the downpipe back to the box (hopefully without a cat.)

Needs the S bend on it. Can you help? I'm in basingstoke so would need it shipped standard parcels, but I'm in no rush so would be happy to wait until after christmas for you to post it..

20 quid for the head as described above and yes it turned over fine, no valves hitting anythin and still had compression.
