get coilovers when you lower it, more expensive than springs but so worth it

just have a look through the mk4 section and see what you like and imo, the more you spend on wheels, the better the car looks, most times (aslong as they're the right size)

i suggest 13's/14's :)!

I'd vote against Alleycats, running low on 13's is never fun/ getting a good stance on them is difficult. BBS are pretty common, an if you're talking about RS or RM then they are silly money these days in my opinion. But then again, its a tried and tested look and is always a winner!

nah my dad has a mk4 or mk5 golf gttdi and my sister has a mk4 gti, i prefer old cars, like i was gonna get a mk1 golf but loved my little polo. just brought a cheap car really and gonna spend loads on it :) make it look nice

I notice your from cheshire - if you drive around crewe i wouldnt recommend being as low as carl the roads are crap, and i only go to work and back

Id say dont go any smaller than 14s, as personally i just dont like 13s on a mk4
