I was filming for a couple of projects i have got going at the moment for my uni course. It was great fun doing it but i kept wanting to look at the screen instead of the road haha

hopefully going to be getting a new exhaust system at the end of the month as this one is just too loud for me and the wrong size and i cant bare going on motorway trips at the moment haha. I think i will probably go for a hidden tip as then it can be tucked up more and i can go lower

Also a few other little things are starting to annoy me now, i think i may have blown the new speakers that i have just put in as i am getting a stupid cracking sound every time i turn the bass up :-( there is a squeaking noise coming from the front passenger suspension so i think a bush might be worn and the headlining is starting to sag in places where the glue i used was crap

also beginning of june i will have finished uni for the summer so i am finally going to get round to doing some work on my car

here are my plans

-finally get crash damage fixed

-redo headlining

-straighten steering wheel

-new sound system

-paint calipers

-new exhaust

-lower more

-refurb wheels as they are looking a bit ruff

Smart... :)

Feeling the DIY work

How does it sound? The enclosure looks very small...

it sounds surprisingly good for the size of the box. i didnt want to take up too much of my boot so i couldnt really make it much bigger but it makes more than enough bass for me haha

just the way i wanted to do mine. :) Look good bud.

Wouldn't worry about the size as its a sealed box :) If it was ported, then i'd be worried haha. I imagine its very punchy in that little box! Cool little install though!

slight problem with the refurb that i did to the wheels

just realised that one wheel has come out gloss compared to the matt finish of the other three, i have complained to the people i got the paint off so they have sent me another can. i dunno if i can be bothered to redo it now though, so i will leave it until i get more time as it isnt too noticeable from far away

20120816_165241.jpg

also brought a vibe fast release adapter for my sub so i can remove it easier. means i dont have to disconnect the power from the battery everytime now
