Mk3 Coupe

Featured Replies

I got this battered 1.3 CL off Popdragin on here. He'd had it for a year, done a load of miles but was gonna break it as he's sorted his GT. Anyway I said i'd have it if it passed the MOT, which it did, on a suprisingly small amount of items. It's lowered 80mm and has a full GT interior. Thanks to a lucky scrapyard find and to Ben for breaking the black car i've now managed to get hold of a tailgate, n/s door and a pair of front wings so I can tidy it up. I've smoothed the wiper bulge and badge holes off the tailgate, then everything is getting prepped and painted gloss white. I'm also gonna bosh some lowering caps on the front, drop the back down and see how it sits. That'll have to wait till I sort the exhaust though as its hanging an inch from the road. Anyway some pics

Just make sure tommy's got his specs on when he's reversing near the GT. We should club together and buy him some parking sensors for his birthday.

wow thats battered

glad your saving it though

One side was bashed and badly repaird when i bought it(on ebay last xmas for £230), then i hit a dry stone wall revering in the snow and dark, then i reverd in to a gate post and finlay my mate reverd his landrover in to the tail gate

After all that all i'd done is fitted a clutch and a set of spark plugs and did over faultless 20,000miles! what a car!
