Needing wheel spacers, but can't seem to find any second hand -

needs to fit a polo 9n (5x100)

6mm or 10 mm

You need wheel adapters, not spacers. Porsche wheels are 5x130 so you will need adapters to make them fit 5x100 VW hubs. The majority of Porsche wheels have a vey high off-set so you will need to know the actual off-set of the the wheels you intend to use before you could even start to think about what width of adapters you will need. For example. I'm running Porsche 928s on my Corrado. The Porsche wheels have an off-set of ET65 so I need 35mm adapters to make them sit right.

15" Porsche Teledials

Porsche Teledials in 15 are ET52. The ideal adapters would probably be 20mm on the front which would give you a final off-set of ET32 and possibly 30mm adapters on the back which would give you a final off-set of ET22 or 25mm adapters which would give a final off-set of ET27. You should have no clearance problems using these sizes especially if you fit a slightly stretched tyre.

Just for your information , the smaller the final off-set the further the wheel will sit out. (an ET22 wheel will sit 10mm further out than an ET32 wheel)

The standard wheels on the Polo are probably around ET35-38.

I ended up buying 20mm adaptors for the front and back, with 10mm spacers for front, spacers arent for the back so still contemplating if I need to buy an additional pair ...

Ended up buying 10mm spacers for the front from FK .. venom motorsports but unfortunately don't come till tuesday...

Thanks though, that ET stuff makes loads more sense now .
