It's the power and phono's (the red and white ones) you can't run together. Power and remote will be fine, after all, they are both sending +12V to the amp. Remote just carries less current and only turns amp on when head unit comes on.

Also, not too sure on the 6n so I'll let someone else post for where to run the cables

I put a wiring kit in a while ago to test a sub that I thought I was going to get, ended up not getting it therefore removed the wires..anyway..

I ran the power cable up past the bonnet hinge, through the left wing panel, down through the door in the part next to the hinge and then in through the door and under the trim.

Just make sure that the wire does not get caught up in any hinges etc. Obviously the wire will get trapped in the rubber seal in the door but that's the only way i found to go in. Unless you use a c-spanner to under the wiring loom going between the door and the car, and enter the car through there...

But yeah, just decide what you want to do when you get to it :) I ran the Power and the speakers down the left and the RCA's down the right btw

Good Luck

The best place on the 6n is through a grommet, which is just under the expansion tank and coil pack etc...

First stick a screw driver through and pull part of it out first and if you have thicker canle ( awg 4 and up ) then you might want to get a razor blade and cut off a piece of the grommet and then pull it through it should come out in the passengers footwell, and if it is going to the boot then remove lower passengers door rubber and remove the panel across the bottom of the door by removing the screw near the seat belt rail and you will find there are clips already there for the cable

Hth

i ran mine through the grommet that the rear washer pipe uses, also with the screwdriver method lol

the live and phonos together isnt a problem if you only plan on running an amp and subwoofer, the amp on low freq will filter the noise out

but if you are/plan to amp normal speakers as well then you do need to seperate them
