has anyone had any problems with pasley freight?

Featured Replies

Right just wonderng if anyone has had a problem with paisley freight and them not delivering the items. I Sent a set of wheels to Dan binty on here, but for some reason they haven't been delivered. It has been a good month now, just want to know if anyone has had a similar problem. I got in touch with them last week but they haven't got back to me, and so will be on the phone tomorrow. Just a bit of a joke now as I'm so busy with uni at the min, this is the last thing i need.

BaileyDub used them to send a set of wheels to me, he booked it in december for the 4th january collection from him, they arrived on the 5th january before 12noon at mine in lincolnshire, so possibly only just a one off, use your tracking number online to see what the story is??

class A D1cks !!! no other way to describe them

i've used them about 3 times. 1st two times were spot on but the 3rd time was delayed due to weather but still arrived in one piece.

Use the tracking number like Sean said, I used them on Monday where absolutely fine. If your having trouble try citylink as that's who the courier is,

I used them just before christmas to collect 4 wheels . The guy they were collecting from wasnt in when he said he would be, but they still went back the next day of their own accord to get them without charging any more - so I'm very happy with that.

Bear in mind that they outsource their work to companies such as CityLink and the likes - all PF are is in essence a broker. They take the job then farm it out. You'll have a tracking number though.

used them about 5 times everything from engine blocks, gearboxes & sets of wheels - never had any issues with them!

I got on to them last week, and again this morning, they gave me a customer reference for city link, as they picked them up. They are in the final depot office, said delivery yesterday, so I'm now trying to see why they haven't been delivered. A whole month it took them, i shoulda just drove the bluddy things, would have saves so much hassle.
