That's your opinion and you're entitled to it. I however saved £10 at GSF earlier (whilst buying Ford parts ) due to my £5 membership.

One of the things we're pushing for is that paid members get more for their money, and this becomes more of a club than a big forum.

However.... I'm yet to receive a card in date that i can use... so as it stands, it has no benefits to me lol. I cant use the discount that I'm entitled to.

I don't wish to sound like a complainer here, but if you ask nicely you get 10% anyways & if you really haggle, you'll get more.

If I have used a CP discount, they just asked me which club & I've never had to show any proof of membership.

if you spend alot of money there, they should be able to give you a trade account, i have trade accounts at the two manchester branches and often get away with using it at the derby branch

I just want an input tbh-but recently it has just turned into noobs throwing abuse and expecting people to bend over backwards to answer questions that have been asked a million times. This place has always been good to me, iv made a lot of good friends and had some epic times - i will see u all at the rr day

you just seem to contradict yourself. you say that walshy got himself banned, yet your always begging for him to comeback. You say your open to peoples opinions, yet you were happy to slate me on facebook and on here just because i didnt like a users car and stuck up for someone else....your a walking contradiction.

tbh I'm pretty sure, age wise you even fit in with 90% of users on here. your as much to blame for the moral on here as many of the others...just look at this thread...your constantly complaining about the club and saying it used to be like this and like that, well thats past..get over it and move on, help the club move forward and raise the general moral of the club, not constantly bring it down!!

However, when he then came back with another account and had calmed down a little. He then had DK giving sly little digs and deliberately winding him up which then blew up again. And caused offtopic to be closed. When the thing in offtopic would have happened elsewhere if offtopic wasnt there. So it, as such, had nothing to do with offtopic. Yet it caused it to be closed.

I saw everything that happened in that thread, and in no way was Craig in the wrong...

yeah i saw that as well, i brought it up in the topic about why the off topic was closed but it just seemed to get glossed over

but if we start going on about that this topic will just end up going the same way as that topic and it won't change a thing.
