One things for sure tho, those 14x7 ain't never gonna sit nice in the front arches without about 25mm spacers which ain't gonna be possible on this

I really don't know what to do about the wheels tbh, i've messaged briscoe to see if he still has my old cults for sale, got feeling the offsets on those might suit this a lot better but we shall see

Not really much to give mate, the sill is pretty much done and I've started fitting one of the headlights although some modification is needed. Just been a bit busy with other stuff atm, gti fest is just around the corner and need to get the polo ready to attack the strip again

Work will commence on this again shortly tho and I think I have the wheel situation sorted as soon as funds allow

I kinda talked myself into putting this up for sale earlier, I don't 'have' to but the money from this would probably buy me most of the stuff I need to charge the polo. If I don't sell this then any money I spend on it is money I'm not spending on the polo, I could just chuck this back in the lock up and forget about it till I finished the polo but without a decent cash injection I can't go much further on the polo anyway.

Really not sure what to do, guess it comes down to if I don't sell this then its gonna be at least next year till the polo is done, if I do sell this I could possibly have the polo charged by the polo show, but I know I won't be able to find another 2 door chevette and the more I look at it the more I don't wanna get rid

Please don't sell it. Even if you've lost heart, hide it somewhere dry until budget allows. You'll very unlikely find another.

That's the thing tho I haven't lost heart, far from it infact. It's just I know that if I sold this I could have the polo done this year and the thought of driving an eatoned 16v polo to the polo show this year is very appealing

But then I keep looking at this and I know full well i'll always regret selling it

you know il help you with the eaton mate- youll be impressed when tou see what I've got done on the olop, soon mate you should get a spare afh block and head- get it on my engine stand and we can start making all the brackets to mount the charger, save some time so all you have to do is sort the internals and your away!
