Well guys the dates have been finalised...who's all going and when are we leaving.

There was talk at last years show about coming down earlier this year maybe on the

Wednesday or the Thursday...i'm still up for leaving early but i know it may not suit all.

Fantastic, I'll get my holidays for this booked on Monday :)

I'll be taking two weeks off starting 25th July, So I'd be well up for starting on the Wednesday or whatever.

Maybe organise a night out on the Wednesday night not far from Billing so we can rock up (after the hangovers are cleared) on the Thursday?

I've already booked the week before the show and the week after - however I've been told that too many people already have that weekend off and i'll have to sort out a swop with someone! New mananger is ripe for a bit of buttering up to get the time off. Shouldnt be a problem!

I'm going to go up Wednesday after work, makes sense really as i'll have Thursday off anyway, and will stay Sunday night again to make a proper holiday of it :-)

Sorted - I'm good for Wednesday too - My new manager said she would work the weekend for me if nobody else would swop!

it looks like there is a campervan meet in puddleduck until noon on the Friday, so we may have to camp in another field then move Friday morning, depending on how busy they are and if they let us join them of course!

its important we are on the field as early as we can on Friday in order to do the usual job of stopping randoms from pitching up in our field, was a nightmare last year!

What needs done to it to get it going Steven...

I need to plug it all in, figure out where all the vacuum hoses go, find a throttle cable, might need new charger belts.

Fit all the coolant system, fit the driveshafts, possibly needs new brakes as its been sitting so long. The list gets longer everytime I think about it haha.

sure i have a throttle cable steven will look if i have consider it yours and i have brand new genuine charger belts if your interested (would just be after what i paid for the belts)

can give you a hand with the wiring, coolant, brakes and the vacuum hoses only bit I'm crap at is the brake bleeding and trying to get a weekend that suits you too.

Depending on how much holiday I've got and how much I need to keep for other things, I'll probably be down on Thursday again, then try and sneak off on Monday morning again :-D
