I used to live in derby (well belper) surely there insurance companies about you can get discount with?

they'd have to pay me each month to drive a standard mk3 cl tbh

it wont be long till its not standard mate, wrong end of the year to be buying a car AND playing around with it.

ill be honestm after the audi popped, I justneeded a car to get around in, and low and behold, a polo came up, weather its standard or not dont really bother me.

I can't wait for my insurance renewal this year.... 5 years no claims and I will be 25 and I'm a girl... I'm paying £400 fully comp all mods delcared now so fingers crossed it will be less this year...

i can beleive it, i payed £3000 on a 6n2 1litre on my 1st years of driving.

Modified GT's a different story though

you're not paying bend over and lube yourself up rates to insure your own car, you're paying bend over and lube yourself up rates for the car they ASSUME you're gonna write off.

mines £3902 a year :) i win ! lol but i ran someone over and got banned for a year so yer....

I would do almost anything to be paying that! lol.

I'm 23, 1997 1.9TD Pug 306, 4 NCB and I pay £41/month (£500/yr) and I've got aftermarket alloys declared, extra personal injury cover, mods cover, breakdown cover, uninsured driver cover. My actual quote was only £400/yr before I added all the extras.

Can't wait until I hit 25 and the price drops even further!
