Will a 1.3 5speed mk2 golf box fit a AFH engine? Been offered one and wondering if it was same as a mk3 polo box.

it will fit on the afh and work but only if the afh is going in to some thing like a mk2 golf or mk1-3 polo. It won't work in a mk4 polo with out a lot of effort

You'll need to use your existing 5-speed upper gearbox mount. If your Polo is a 4-speed you'll have to find a 5-speed mount as the 4-speed ones dont fit.

I have the 5 speed mount and ARB will I need anything else?
