yes! Nothing worse then when someone quotes a post containing 20 large pictures and then puts "lol" or a smiley face at the bottom of it all.

Caps lock used to be used on old BBS (bulletin board systems) to signify shouting as in them days you could only post plain-text. So really, this post is possibly OK in caps as I think Coma actually intended to be shouting.
