Looking to get some 15x8's for my 6n, so wondered if I could get some ideas how they will look from anyone else running 8's.

I think I'm decided on 175/50/15's too, so let me know what tyres your running and what arch work you've had done if any.

Yours looks good on 195's I haven't had my arch's done but I'm getting 175's which should help, might have to have some arch work done in the future.

I've just bought some schmidts myself at fuck they look stunning as if they where made for a 6n but I'm going to be running 185/45s possibly 175 or 165 well wait and see ill post a pic up of how it sits later on 195s pretty much the same as R0yal3

6n Easty- Cheers, look forward to seeing the pictures. I think I'm going to go with 175's, I've heard 195's and 185's don't give enough strech to be able to go low enough on a 15x8 wheel, and 165's give a little bit too much strech.

I'm running 15x7 ET 37 & 15x8 ET 25 with arch work and 20mm spacers on the rear.

Will be replacing my tyres soon to 185/45s on the rear and ideally 175/45s on the front if I can source them in a reputable brand, although 175s seem a pretty rare tyre??

What are the best tyres to stretch, do some brands stretch better than others, I'm after 175/50's.

I'd personally stick to a 185/45 tyre reasonably priced and Its slightly less circumference and diameter on an 8x15 wheel than the 175/50 tyre.

This is a 195/45/15 on my images when I first got them Et 15 rears

This is with 185/45/15 all round

I'd personally opt for something around Et 25 no lower, arches rolled and you will be able to get it sitting much better on the back than mine does in the shot above

Cheers, I think I'm set on getting a set of 15x8 ET10 Rota Zero Plus, I just think they look amazing lol.

I know Nath had 165/50's on his, but that's maybe a bit too much stretch for me, thats why I was thinking 175/50's as I don't think 185/45's would give me enough stretch to run them properly.

I was speaking to chrispy9 last night and I'm sure he said naths wheels were et0 15x8.

Looking ay piers post above it's got me wondering if image managed to actually got my rear Et correct when I ordered them as his rears look like they hardly poke. are your rims stamped et25 piers??

my images didn't come stamped. You being et5 would suggest you will poke 10mm more than me they they don't look like that at all :s

iv been offered some 15x8s, et25, i dont really want any arch work, and tuv guidelines state the minimum width tyre on an 8j rim is a 195. i want to stay legal tbh, but i dont think id be able to go too low?

tempted to buy them but i dont know if id be fighting a losing battle.

also, people who have posted (r0yal etc) do you have rubbing issues full lock?
