6n's on 8J's

Featured Replies

Looking ay piers post above it's got me wondering if image managed to actually got my rear Et correct when I ordered them as his rears look like they hardly poke. are your rims stamped et25 piers??

Defo et25 fella, bought them off Dubmeister a few years back.

I'm pretty sure they're 20 mm spacers, although they could be 10/15s, havn't had them off the car since I first fitted the RHs so could be wrong tbf!

heres a rear shot;

iv been offered some 15x8s, et25, i dont really want any arch work, and tuv guidelines state the minimum width tyre on an 8j rim is a 195. i want to stay legal tbh, but i dont think id be able to go too low?

tempted to buy them but i dont know if id be fighting a losing battle.

also, people who have posted (r0yal etc) do you have rubbing issues full lock?

thanks

not yet, helpers are coming out on the weekend though. probs will then :p#

That looks perfect now mate, does anyone know if you need to declare your tyre sizes and wheel sizes to your insurance company, if they were stretched for example?

my wheels are declared, they didnt ask for size or tyre size, they just asked how much they were.

(i said that the old wheels were damaged so we bought new wheels to replace) :ninja:

edit. the positive camber on the passenger front wheel has been fixed. you may notice that theres evil positive camber in the photo
