as above phoning around insurance at the moment and getting a bit fed up 10min into a call have them say we cant cover this we cant cover that . who would be a good option to cover a fully worked over polo ???(lots of mods in the performance area)

You have to be over 21 iirc. But you say a BHP limit and you can do what ever the fuck you want with your car, as long as it's not over the BHP limit. Anything non-engine related is classed as cosmetic and you can, once again, do whatever.. Obviously you need to inform them of changes, but changes are free.

Iv just insured my mk3, 1.4 16v, loads of other mods declared aswell for just under 900 tpft with a company called graham sykes - might be worth a call. I'm 21 1 year ncb :)
