Haven't you already got a build thread?

Plans sound good, though i hope you have given that engine a service?

They are quite temperamental compared with their earlier equivalents (AAV, ABD etc)

You should be seeing around 80bhp with that set-up if you added the GT cam.

Breadvans are win :-D

You managed to get that tach in the car?

cool progress, but i really dont like the look of your intake manifold?

As much as I hate to jump on the band-wagon it does look slightly ropey.

Could you get some pics up from the side or the mounting face?

I don't think it's going to be very flat, If you find it isn't then i will happily skim in up for you?

Also, You need some bosses welded or tapped into it for the servo and vac advance, again i can do this for you if you wish.

i just PM'ed you mate

i meant just the general construction of it and craftsmanship, not its actual appearance, just thinking it might not actaully be up to the job?

Got fed up with seeing my car sat on tranculas (how ever you spell it)

so i flogged them and just paid for a set of standard mk4 5 spokes

i plan to prime and spray them up gloss white

will get some pics up when there all sorted

thanks to 13kpologt for the wheels <<<<<<<< His GT is pure mk3 porn :)

Also got some spray & filler coming for all the bodywork to be sorted

So will be some updates soon

Cool project. The flange on the inlet manifold looks far too thin though, might be worth making a support bar up for the carbs as it's gonna flex like Mr Motivator.
