Polo 9N injector wiring harness

Featured Replies

Evening! as title really...

my 9n 1.4tdi 3 cylinder started stuttering and losing serious power, no fault lights come on tho and when engine is turned off then on again its drives as though nothing ever happened!! haha

so i plugger her in and got this:

valve for pumpjet cylinder 1 (n240) electrical malfunction P1666

after some research it turn out a new 'injector wiring harness' will fix the job and they are around £35, so be rude not to give it a try. however i dont know the part number so cant get my hands on one.

any help greatly appreciated as always

thanks

W :-D

This should be the part number for the injector loom, listed at €35.80

ok cool thanks nige! is the loom the same thing as a harness?

wheres the best place to order one from, any websites?

thanks again

yes loom/harness same thing,(#20 on pic) if you have a look at the pic, I would first take apart the round connector (#6 on pic) and give it spray with WD40, as to where to get it from, your nearest VW main dealer as that 35.80 euro price is the dealer price

yo! fitted the injector wiring harness, was quite easy, un done rocker bolts, and unbolted few lil bits, pull out old one and couldnt see any obvious damage, but put the new one in, changed air filter and fuel filter and cars driving well now, however i have only done like 20 miles on it so will give it a few more days yet!

peace
