i saw this! wasnt sure how to fit one though.

once you get it. let us know how you get on ;)

can I ask a favour? Can you post on here (or even better, pm me!) about what the quality of that one is like? I have a very similar OMP wheel in my polo which I've had for years and the suede has gone flat and shiney due to using it too much without suede gloves on!

Same, part of the reason i posted it  Ill probably end up getting one, just dont think i can stretch to getting the wheel and the boss atm.

I'm assuming it'll fit on my existing OMP boss.

Info on quality would be marvelous .

Found OMP push buttons for a fiver as well, if youre not fussed about producing counterfeit goods :p

Have one of these fitted to my scirocco,

For the price the quality is great. Have a look at my build thread in the photo gallery under "other" , I put some pics us of it.

think all bosses are the same fitment at the steering wheel end? :paranoid:

I've have a fair few makes of wheels over the years but always kept the same momo boss

Iff this is true i can just whiop the old wheel off . Bonus !

Will be true. Momo and OMP bosses work with these type of steering wheels. Had a momo boss with a cheapo wheel on it in my old GT.

Difference was only in the materials and the final finsh. The screw holes that attached the wheel to the boss were not contersunk (probably to speed up and cheapen the production) and the allen head screws that came with the wheel were made from cheese but i just swapped them with some higher quality bolts and did them up tight and all was good. In an ideal world i should have counter sunk the holes on the wheels but i was as slack as the people producing these wheels :-)

Once fitted though there really isn't much in it apart from you still have some crispy notes in your pocket.

If you have a mountney boss/wheel that might be a different story as they don't mount the same as omp/momo/modern wheels.

Mine came yesterday. bit of a idiot to get it on the boss with the push button, but i think thats more to do with the boss. feels pretty sturdy, finish is nice on it.
