Heated seats loom in 6n

Featured Replies

i have got the loom, relays, switches and elements from a mk3 golf and the leather seats from a mk3 golf in my 6n polo. but i haven't connected the seats to the car yet.

does anyone have a wiring diagram for where everything needs to plug into or can tell me where it all goes?

I would like to know if you got them in the end.

If possible (everything is possible but in what cost) to install the whole loom.

i can get the seats but without the heater, can i get the heater and the loom somewhere?

How hard is the loom installation anyway?

if you have the complete genuine loom it shouldnt be too hard.

mk3 golf looms same as the similar age passats, audis etc so could get a haynes out the libruary copy it if your stuck.

it should be plug and play to be honest except for maybe different connector on the seats?

+ Feed (red or black) under dash ( VW usually leave an extra feed for accesories)

- earth (brown) usually a 10mm bolt to the front bulk head

then use you loom to connect:

switch to loom to passengers relay to seat and loom to drivers relay to seat if its a 2 in one switch not 2 seperate ones.

I have passat loom, switch & relays (same as what you have i believe) with Rocco seats and only alteration needed is i need to buy 2x passat connectors to fit in place of the rocco connectors coming out the seats ( they are different shape) and away it goes.

Wiring colours should be more or less the same as VW are lazy and dont change them much.
