I bought my polo in august and have had a couple of major set backs so not progress has been done

the first problem was the clutch so had a new clutch, then the engine decided to boil so had another standard engine put in, so finally here we are with my Jazz blue colour concept 1.4 tdi

I took the rear 'polo' and 'tdi' badges off the rear as the red was faded on the tdi badge

i then got a set of pepperpots and adaptors with intentions to put on

Over christmas whilst home for xmas from uni I fitted some FK coilovers and its sitting around -50mm at the moment i believe

I bought some BBS RMs this week so tried these on today, they're 5x100 so using the adaptors I had with the pepperpots

anyway I have a gti tailgate and spoiler sitting in my garage in reflex silver ready to have the handle smoothed and sprayed :)

Looks a nice tidy base and plans sound good, wouldn't want to sell those colour concept alloys at all would you?

Yeah should be, still waiting to hear if my scirocco is going inside, although there should be a mega convoy again hosted by MidsDubClub, worked out at 30-40 cars last year going down the m54!

little update, not much done

started having a little play with the wheels, just taking the bolts out and buffing the dishes up

I also cleaned and polished my car whilst i was home for a few days

my lecture was cancelled today so started cleaning the rims

unfortuneately when I got tyres fitted on the BBS I decided I didnt like them :( so they have been sold.

I bought some polo SE alloys up for £40 for my winters

I have changed my red trim around the grill as mine was faded

And now have smoothed the door pins

I have bought some RH cups, stagged 15x7 and 15x8s so a trial fit

What you guys think?
