me and salty had a go at trying to sort out my exhaust problem as it was catching on everthing so we jacked it up with my girlfriend in it as she wouldnt get out

then took some shots as it looked pretty stanced when it was jacked ahaha

And i now have my mk2 ignition :)

Oh yeah, and then salty decided to spray one of my wings matt black, I'm not best pleased really. haha

The coupe is now back off the road ready for respray and engine conversion as i bought a 6n valver as my daily yesterday.

Finally a little update, all my time and money has been going on my valver lately.

Began the prep work for paint

And made some bases for inlet manifolds ready for bike carbs

I think the first one i get made will be for salty unless he buys a full carb setup, made them out of steel, anyone got any tips on how to mate up the holes to the pipes that I'm gonna weld on? and whats the width of the tube gotta be to fit CBR 600 carbs?

Wow, how did you go about making the flanges dude?

CNC?

And i think the best way to ovalize the runners to be mated onto the flange is to squish them in a vice?

Its not staying Montana green anymore as the paint is too expensive to justify doing it again, I can get my favourite colour for half the price. And max... I was thinking that but surely it dont match perfectly? And yea laser cut :)
