Owned the cupra for about 8 months was alot of fun being just over 200bhp!

The paintwork wasn't very good on the cupra and little bits on it annoyed me and this came into work and caught my eye. Before the end of the day I owned it.

Golf 1.8T anniversary with sat nav. Gave £4k for it! Bargain!

I buy and sell a few cars from home so after owning the golf for about 5 months it went up for sale to make sure I made a profit!

Round about the same time my dad was buying a lotus so he needed the 205 out of the garage so I snapped that up straight away!

really is a minter! Wanna start doing track days in it with Goodwood only being half hour away!

Driving the 205 as a daily got a bit to much and with work moving from 5 mins away to 30 I went for something economical. A fiesta Zetec S TDCI. Not the best car I ever bought but was doing about 58MPG!!

The fiesta was to slow and got bord of it very quickly so went back a few steps and bought 1 of these again

Its completly standard engine wise with the previous owner owning it for 5 years! Its booked in for a few bits to make it quicker than my other 1!

Anyway this brings me up to date with what i've been driving etc. I know its not polo orriantated but Club Polo is the first forum I ever joined!

In a straight line but lets be honest thats as far as it goes.

mine goes sidweays. RWD then goes into 4WD cause its special. Its in the process of adapting V-TEC

right another quick update. The cupra has gone already and i've gone for something a bit diffrent!

It handles 100% better than both of my cupras and looking forward to track it this summer

I dont get why people hate corsa`s and the vauxhal scene so much, I`ve met loads of very nice genuine people from there, who have always been happy to help in any way possible, plus you dont get the VAG scene tax on everything, just because you get a idiot driving a corsa like a complete tool after doing a reverse J turn in halfords modifying section doesn`t mean there all bell ends.

No doubht theres twats in 6n`s doing the same

When i went to Germany, there were 3 blokes in MK1 Astra GTE's with us

Most helpful people around. Saved my life when my exhaust fell off in Belgium giving me metal cable ties. Then as we had lost the rest of our group they slowed there pace so we could drive back with them :) Bloody awesome cars they are too.

I think thats a nice Corsa Danny, looks smart. nothing over the top, how they should be.

Some of you guys need to be more open minded. Chavs drive polos too you know, does that make you scum of the earth?

We broke an astra GTE to build a redtop corsa, bought it off a gypo haha, was such an awsome car tho, and yea they dont wear skinny jeans either friendly banter btw

as savage as a mini with a red top and nos?? know someone that had the demo car for a mini garage he also had an mx5 turbo and a 200sx, but thats irrelevant, i just dont like vauxhals.. think it might just be all the wankers round my end that drive them though.. then again just about everyone is a idiot up here.

normally aspirated cars are dull, turbo it and youre onto a winner. but can imagine its not much diferent than a 2.0 16v gti in a mk2 golf.. not exactly a "fast" car but nippy
