90 on the clocks on little wheels is more like 75 on a sat nav

we've managed to drive 600 miles today in a decked mk3 1.0l 4-speed, on 13x7n8s with a complete engine conversion in the back with no worries

I give mine death quite often on the motorways, always happy to do it again next day, and the next etc... But yeah just watch the oil :)

It'll be fine :) just listen to the engine and it'll tell you to slow down or not.

My beetle did a 400 round trip to devon and back doing 75 on the motorway all the way was soooooo chuffed!

I go up and down the M3 every week in my 1.0 4 speed and its a bit of a pain in my opinion, really need that 5th. I just stick at 65 mph, thats about as fast as id go, engine sounds like its going to explode much past that..
